  • Phosphorus: Phosphorus aides in keeping the bones healthy. Too muck intake can lead to weakness of bones. We have to stay away from foods rich in phosphorus like bread, cereals, oatmeal, fish, poultry and meat.
  • Sodium: Sodium is in charge with regulating the body’s water and blood volume. Too much intake can lead to swelling and rising of blood pressure. We have to avoid foods rich in sodium like cured meats, salted snacks, fast foods, canned goods, instant soups and sauces.
